Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau, Perl-Nennig

Saarland, Forum

"You don't need to say anything more about the outstanding qualities anyway."

Restaurant Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau, Perl-Nennig

"It may have helped that I held back on the bread, but the fact that I largely avoided meat will also have contributed to making this menu seem even more digestible than it always was. There is no need to say anything more about the outstanding quality of the food. When it comes to the products, Christian Bau only looks for the best anyway and the preparations and combinations are beyond reproach. Every snack, every plate is perfect and I can't think of anything that could be improved. What we were served that evening was pure bliss. The wine pairing was in no way inferior."
