Sonja Baumann and Erik Scheffler from Neo|Biota in Cologne are coming to Münster for a 4-hands lunch at Cœur D'Artichaut. They will be cooking a vegetarian/vegan 8-course menu - a first for the Cœur D'Artichaut! The two have been awarded a Michelin star for their evening concept in Cologne.
The complete price is €350 per person and includes the menu, water, aperitif, alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, coffee & digestif.
